Tomato rice

#boxweek6 there are so many versions of making tomato rice here I am presenting my version.

Ingredient

jeera

oil

ghee

1/2 teaspoon

sugar

as per taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop 3 tomatoes in a chopper

Softly grind peppercorns, cloves, green chilli and Ginger, grind without water, chop coriander leaves. Wash and soak rice for 10 minutes

Take oil in cooker add__bay leaf, sugar and jeera. After 1min add chopped tomatoes fry for 2 minutes, add chopped coriander and softly pounded masala fry for 2 minutes then gradually add soaked rice then add haldi and salt fry for 7 to 8 minutes. Then add 2 cups of water. Cook for two whistle s ok in medium film, allow the cooker lid open by its own spread Ghee and serve.
