Cooking instructions
* Step 1
The measuring cup of dal and rice is same
* Step 2
Soak dal and rice for 20 minutes, the measuring water 1:2 ratio. Add grated Ginger, turmeric powder, Hing and jeera. Cook for three wishtels., Allow the cooker to open by its own
* Step 3
Take ghee in a small pan add red chilli powder, small amount of jeera and one whole red chilli, add this tempering to cooked rice and dal mix and garnish some chopped coriander leaves and ghee while serving.
