Ginger

1 teaspoon

jeera

1 tsp

udad daal

As per taste

1 teaspoon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel and cut snake gourd into slices.

* Step 2

Take some oil in the Kadai and add jeera,udad daal and Pinch of Hing.

* Step 3

After 2 minutes,add snake gourd,green chillies,salt,Ginger and kaddi patta and cover the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes.

* Step 4

After 5 minutes,when water totally evaporates add milk and cook it for another 5 to 7 minutes in low flame.
