Ingredient

1 cup

rice

2 tablespoons

moong dal

1 teaspoon

grated Ginger

2 tablespoons

ghee

1 teaspoon

jeera

1/4 teaspoon

mustard seeds

4 tablespoons

corn

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash rice and moong dal keep it aside.

* Step 2

Add ghee in a cooker add jeera, both kind of Chillies, Kadi Patta, grated Ginger, pepper, mustard seeds. Allowed to crackle. Red rice and dal fry for 10 minutes. Add 3 cups of water and sweet corn then salt. Cook for 2 whistles in a low flame.
