Bhajja Khira santula

#masterclass Bhajja means fried, Khira means milk and santula means stew. This is a regional dish of Odisha. Very renowned you will get it, at home and even at five-star hotel of Odisha.

Ingredient

100 grams

bottle gourd

50 grams

pumpkin

50 grams

papaya

1 teaspoon

jeera

1/2 teaspoon

mustard seeds

1 tablespoon

oil

1/2 teaspoon each

urad dal and chana dal

1 teaspoon

sugar

to taste

Salt

50 grams

milk boiled

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel and cut vegetables into pieces. Take a cooker add oil. Gradually add jeera, Rai, urad daal,chana dal, ginger, garlic green chilli and onions.

After frying for 5 minutes add all vegetables and salt. Cover it for 10 minutes. Once it's done, while serving add milk
