Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak basmati rice for 2 hours
* Step 2
Boil milk once started boiling add sokar rise into it keep stairing. Once it's done, Put off the gas add jaggery and sugar.
* Step 3
Take ghee in a small pan add one teaspoon of sugar allowed to caramelize add dry fruits and cardamom powder. Add this try dry fruit mix into khir then serve.
