Ingredient

3/4 cup

sugar

6 tablespoons

ghee

1 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Partialy Cook rice and strain it.And Cover it.

* Step 2

Add ghee, Cinnamon stick, pounded cardamom and nutmeg powder. After a min add dry fruits of your choice. Disslove saffron in milk.

* Step 3

Then add water then saffron then cooked rice. After 5 minutes add sugar and cover it.

* Step 4

Cook till done.
