Chilli basa
Basa is a delicious and nutritious fish. It is a nice protein source. It has low calories, so good for weight watchers.
It has healthy fats and helps in the holistic development of our body.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the basa fillet nicely.
Add salt, pepper powder, egg and cornflour. Mix well and keep for 30 minutes marination.
* Step 2
Prepare the sauce mixture.
* Step 3
Next heat oil. Fry the fishes. Don't make them rubbery by excessive frying.
* Step 5
Next heat oil. Saute garlic cloves. Next add ginger and chillies.
* Step 6
Next add in the onion and capsicum. Saute for some time till they are cooked yet crunchy.
* Step 7
Put fish masala. Mix well.
Add the fried fishes. Put the prepared sauce mixture.
* Step 8
Mix all well. Now take the slurry of cornflour and mix it, as cornflour tends to settle at the bottom.
Add the cornflour slurry. Mix and let it be in slow heat for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 9
Delicious chilli basa is ready!
