In winters any fry is famous, so here's a delicious fish fry recipe..it's super simple.Hot rice, rasam and fish fry is apt for the season.
You can opt for fish of your choice. For this kind of fried fish I love rohu or mackerel.

Ingredient

3-4 persons

20 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl, marinate the fish pieces, with the above-mentioned ingredients for 30 minutes to an hour.
Next heat oil for frying the fish.
Fry the fishes in medium hot oil.
Flip sides and fry till fish becomes golden brown and crispy.
* Step 2
Drain extra oil.
Hot hot fish is ready!!
* Step 3
Serve with hot steaming rice and tomato rasam.
* Step 4
The combination is hmmm superb.
