This runner beans and potato stir fry tastes superb when onion greens are added.
So this winter do try the recipe...

Ingredient

2-3 persons

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop and keep everything ready.
* Step 2
Next heat a kadai with oil.
Splutter cumin seeds. Add medium size onion slices. Saute till brownish.
Next add potato fingers.
* Step 3
Saute the potatoes for some time.
Next add the chopped runner beans.
Put salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala.
* Step 4
After adding the dry masalas, give a nice gentle mix.
Saute for some time.
Next cover and cook till everything is softened.
Add onion greens.
Mix and continue sauteing.
* Step 5
Add onion slices. Give a mix.
Saute without cover at medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
* Step 6
It's ready!!
Serve with rice/ roti.
