Kasuri methi poori with potato curry

Poori with aloo curry is always a superb combo👌 And when it comes to poori having kasuri methi flavour, it's taste gets enhanced. Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Start by making atta dough with the above-mentioned ingredients. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes resting.

Next prepare the masala paste with the above-mentioned ingredients.

Cook masala till it leaves oil. Next, add the boiled potatoes. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and Kashmiri Mirch powder. Give a nice gentle mix. Let it be on slow heat for some time.

* Step 4

Next, add water to your preferred consistency. Put curry powder. Let the curry be on medium heat. Give occasional stirring and mixing.

* Step 5

Add green peas. Let all get cooked together. Next add garam masala. As it comes to boiling, finish off with chopped coriander leaves.

Next, make poori. Heat oil. Keep heat slow. Take the resting dough, and knead slightly. Take a small portion and roll out a poori. Fry poori and serve hot!!
