Cranberry Fluff

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a blender or food processor - combine the cranberries, 1 cup sugar, crushed pineapple, & walnuts. Courseley chop all without making pulp or mushy. Cover & refrigerate for 1 hour.

* Step 2

In a bowl, add the cream cheese and 1/2 cup of sugar and beat until smooth. Add whipping cream and beat until you get stiff peaks. Fold in the marsh mellows and cranberry mixture. Cover and chill a minimum of 3-4 hours. It keeps well and overnight is ok.
