Mango Shrikhand

No summer can without having mango Shrikhand.. Isn't it?? With prior preparation, this is one of the easiest dessert to make, so do try it.. But wait for it to cool... enjoy it chilled!! #cookpad #mango #SD4

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fresh curd was put in a clean cloth. Its mouth was tightly closed and was kept hanging overnight for the water to drip down. Morning you can get a nice hung curd ready for this dessert. Transfer it into a mixing bowl and put in the fridge. Next collect pulp of mango. Transfer into a blender jar. Add cardamoms, amul spray, salt and sugar. Blend in to get flavoured mango puree.

Now in the mixing bowl having the hung curd, add the prepared mango puree.

Mix it nicely with a spatula. It's nice and smooth. Now add the almonds and cashewnuts. Mix well.

Shrikhand is ready!! Transfer into serving dishes. You can garnish it with dry fruits of your choice and also with small pieces of mango. Keep it in the fridge until served..
