Peanut sundal (specially for vrat)
Peanut sundal gives energy as well as taste. It is a nice side item in a vrat thali too.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil soaked peanuts in water and vrat namak.
Next heat a kadhai. Put ghee. As ghee is hot, splutter cumin seeds. Add green chilies.
Next, add the boiled peanuts.
* Step 2
Mix all well and let it be on medium heat for some time.
Next, add black pepper powder (optional) and grated coconut and mix again. Check salt, if required add it. Let it be on slow heat for a minute and two.
Yummy peanuts sundal is ready to serve!! Garnish with grated coconut and serve!!
