Coconut ladoos (nariyal laddoo)

Coconut Ladoo are always popular and made in many ways... this is how I make a quick coconut ladoo. It's almost a no fire recipe... Do try!! #cookpad #coconut #sweet #dessert #fest #diwali2021 #deep21 #milkmaid

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl, put dessicated coconut, salt, cardamom powder and crushed dry fruits and kishmish. Mix all ingredients well.

* Step 2

Next add in condensed milk gradually and mix everything just like you bring a dough together. Check whether mixture is binding to form ladoos. Don't add too much condensed milk else the ladoos won't bind. SWEETNESS? It was enough for us. If it is bit less for you then add sugar powder in the mixture as per your taste.

* Step 3

As you get that perfect consistency... take portions from the prepared mixture and bind to make delicious ladoos.

* Step 4

YUHOO...as easy as this...it's ready... You can use market available dessicated coconut, but I prefer to take fresh grated coconut, dessicate it and then use them...it gives a superb taste and flavour

* Step 5

Dessicate and let the coconut come to room temperature, then call your kids and do rest of the process. They will enjoy making the ladoos.
