Brazilian Chicken stroganoff - fitness
This recipe my mom usually cooked when I was a kid. Of course, this version is healthier, but still delicious!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First cut the chicken into cubes and set aside. Then cut the garlic and onion as thinly as possible and brown in the pan.
* Step 2
It's time to add the chicken to the pan and brown it well. When everything is cooked, add the milk, flour, seasonings, ketchup and mustard and mix well.
* Step 3
Now, mix from time to time until it form a thicker cream.
* Step 4
And it's ready to serve! Enjoy! 😊😋
PS: I recommend eating it accompanied with rice and straw potatoes!
