Fried chicken rice remake from leftovers
Have you ever left fried chicken from first food chains like KFC at home? You can remake them into this tasty meal from the leftovers😁 The recipe went viral on the Internet in the past. You can add some other flavours but this recipe’s one is most basic.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
This recipe is for rice cooker but you can try cooking this with pot. I have never tried it with fried chicken though.
* Step 2
Rinse your rice and add required water to the rice cooker pot.
* Step 3
Place fried chicken on the rice. Add soy sauce and butter. Adjust taste with salt and pepper as you like. I added a half tsp of salt and a pinch of white pepper. I’mein sure black pepper goes well, too. Turn rice cooker on and cook it.
* Step 4
While cooking rice, fry sweet corns in butter until brown nicely and add salt and pepper or soy sauce to give it a taste. Alternatively you could put corns in rice cooker but I prefer this way.
* Step 5
Once the rice is cooked, take out fried chicken. Strip meats from bones using two forks.
* Step 6
Put stripped chicken meats and corns back to cooked rice and mix them well.
* Step 7
Serve the rice with garnishes
