Teriyaki Chicken Chow Mein
Chow mein is a fabulous ready in under ten minutes meal that makes a lovely quick lunch or dinner. Here I've added teriyaki sauce for a twist making this a bit of a fusion dish between China and Japan.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Begin cooking the noodles according to packet instructions. Heat up a wok over a high heat. Add in the oil.
* Step 2
Once the oil is hot add in the sliced onions. Fry for a couple of minutes then add in the shredded chicken pieces and msg. Stir fry for a minute, add the teriyaki sauce. Stir together until coated and glistening.
* Step 3
Drain off the noodles once cooked. Make sure no water is left, then add them into the wok along with the bean sprouts. Season with white pepper and add the light soy sauce. Toss everything together a few times. Turn out into a bowl and enjoy whilst hot! :)
