Maple Roasted Parsnips

So simple to make. Sticky, sweet and tasty - these maple roast parsnips make a beautiful side dish, perfect with a roast dinner.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180 (fan) and line a baking tray with foil. Lay out the sliced parsnips.

* Step 2

Drizzle generously in maple syrup, season well with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly in the syrup.

* Step 3

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking until golden and caramilised. Serve and enjoy! :)
