My favorite Aunt Margie made this when we visited her in Florida. Her food always tastes so good! Its tart and sweet at the same time. The best of both worlds...yum!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan
* Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar for about 5 minutes, until slightly thickened and light in color
* Step 3
Add butter and almond extract, beat for 2 minutes
* Step 4
Stir in flour just until combined. Fold in cranberries and pecans. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes
