Cranberry Cinnamon Bread

I had to create this for a health class assignment. If you aren't looking for a bread quite this healthy, I recommend using more salt and no raw cranberries, just half a cup of dried ones. The requirements were less than 15% fat, less than 3 grams of sugar, and about 50mg of sodium.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

3 hours 10 mins
1/2 cup

milk

1/2 cup

water

2 tbsp

sugar

3 cup

flour

1/3 tsp

salt

1 tbsp

butter

1 tsp

yeast

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place all ingredients but cranberries in bread machine pan

Set bread machine to basic setting

* Step 3

After 35 minutes open and add the cranberries and cinnamon

Bread will be done in 3 hours (total)

Let it cool, slice into 20, and enjoy!
