Prepare ingredients: clean and trim green oak, slice cucumber, cut ciabatta in half and bake 180c/5min.
* Step 2
For each sandwich, spread 2-3 tbsp of cream cheese on one side of ciabatta. Put on 3 leaves green oak, 6-8 sliced cucumber, 30-35 g smoked salmon and other side of ciabatta. Eat fresh.
