Healthy mashed potato (no cream)
One of the easiest way to cook something from potatoes is to make a mashed potato and you can use them as side dish in many recipe.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Bring the pot. Boil the water. Clean and brush potatoes. Boil them for 10-15 min. Check the doneness of the potatoes by using the fork. If the fork can easily pierce through the potatoes, they’re cooked through. Transfer to cool down before peeling.
* Step 2
Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Mash with the fork.
* Step 3
Season with milk, salt, pepper and butter. Microwave for 30 sec (low heat). Mix well.
