Minced beef with mushroom rice bowl

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Bring mortar and pestle. Add coriander root, black pepper and garlic cloves. Crush and grind them coarsely. Set aside.
* Step 2
Bring a nonstick saucepan, heat vegetable oil with medium heat. Add Thai spices mix and cook for 1 min until they become fragrant.
* Step 3
Add minced beef and stir continuously for 1-2 min until their pink color just disappear(beware not to overcook). Add chopped mushroom and cook for another 1-2 min.
* Step 4
Season with mushroom soy sauce, oyster sauce and pepper. Mix well.
* Step 5
Sprinkle green onion and mix quickly for 5-10 sec or they’ll go limp. Turn off the heat.
* Step 6
Make a fried egg.
Note: Personally, I don’t like oily fried egg, so I cook in the microwave and use water instead of oil.
* Step 7
Serve with warm steamed rice.
