Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix together all the mandi spices and keep aside, can store in air tight jar.
* Step 2
Wash and soak the rice in a water and keep aside about 1 hour.
* Step 3
After 3-4 hours heat 5 tbs oil and fry the chicken till light golden all the sides on high flame, keep aside.
* Step 4
Now add black pepper, salt mix and place the fried chicken Mandi spice, 2 cups of water then wait for a boil on high flame, now cover and cook for 20-25 minutes on medium flame to make the stock.
* Step 5
Heat the coal till red hot.
