Chicken Mandi is an aromatic and delicious Yemeni dish that’s popular in all Arab countries, and for a good reason! Here’s the easiest method to make it at home. So let's get started!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix together all the mandi spices and keep aside, can store in air tight jar.

Wash and soak the rice in a water and keep aside about 1 hour.

After 3-4 hours heat 5 tbs oil and fry the chicken till light golden all the sides on high flame, keep aside.

Now add black pepper, salt mix and place the fried chicken Mandi spice, 2 cups of water then wait for a boil on high flame, now cover and cook for 20-25 minutes on medium flame to make the stock.

Heat the coal till red hot.
