Suji Tukri is a bit hard sweetest semolina dessert_that is made with a few ingredients such as semolina, sugar, milk, nuts, and ghee. a very quick and easy dessert to make_hardly takes 15 minutes.It can be stored in the airtight jar for up to a weeks_usually this type of dessert is prepared at Shab-e-Barat, Ramadan or any holy days in Pakistan.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First sliced all the nuts keep aside and grease the cake tin or tray in which we will set the batter.

Now take a non-stick pan, add in the semolina and dry roast in low flame till you get nice aroma of roasted semolina now add ghee with cardamom powder and saute few minutes on low flame. add sugar and mix it well.

* Step 3

Add the milk into the semolina mixture and mix well cook on a low flame until all moisture dry. Remove the batter on a tin or tray and add the sliced nuts and press all together. put some edible gold paper.

Now cool the mixture completely this prevents the mixture for not being too hard. cut the pieces into desired cubes. you can even make without nuts. When cooled keep in airtight container and enjoy for a weeks.
