while, my family not so great fan of paneer recipes, but for some reason matar paneer is an exception. hence, most of the time, i end up preparing matar paneer recipe in my home. also, the big advantage of this recipe is it can be easily served with both rice and roti.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat half of the oil add onions, garlic, ginger, green chilli fry on high flame till gets soft.

Then add tomato, salt, red chilli, kashmiri chilli, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala, water 1/2 cup mix and cook on high flame till the tomatoes get soft.

* Step 3

Then let it cool and grind to a paste.

* Step 4

Heat the remaining oil add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, grinned masala mix well add the paneer, peas, water 1 cup, fenugreek leaves mix cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
