🍔🍟Old Fashioned Mushroom & Courgette Burger 🍟🍔

You will never want to eat frozen veggie burgers again. These are so easy, and you'll be proud to have created such a vegetarian delight enough to be made into burgers or sausages.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook the mushrooms in a non-stick pan without oil for about 10 minutes to drive off the moisture.

Put the onion, carrot, courgette and nuts in a food processor and process to a paste.

* Step 3

Put the paste in a large bowl and add the breadcrumbs, mushrooms, parley and Marmite. Season lightly if desired then mix well.

Form the mixture into either four burgers or eight sausages. Now either shallow fry in a little oil for 8 minutes, or cook under a hot grill for 8-10 minutes, turning just once.
