Simple Scrumptious Haddock

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry haddock with papertowel.
* Step 2
Drizzle with lemon juice and let sit for 10 min. Sprinkle top side with half of salt and pepper.
* Step 3
Place butter in large skillet on med heat.
* Step 4
Add haddock, pepper side down to melted butter and sprinkle top side with remaining salt and pepper.
* Step 5
Cook for 4 min, then flip and cook for another 3-4 min.
* Step 6
Serve with a pat of butter or remaining butter sauce poured over top.
