This easy pizza dough recipe is great for beginners and produces a soft homemade pizza crust. Skip the pizza delivery because you only need basic ingredients to begin!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine flour, (plus extra for dusting) salt and yeast in a large bowl. Mix in oil and warm water. Knead the dough at least 8- 10 minutes with standing electric mixer fitted with a dough hook or by hand.
* Step 2
Until smooth and elastic. Transfer to a clean and lightly greased bowl, cover with a damp teatowel or cling film and leave to rise in a warm place for about 1½ hours, until doubled in size.
* Step 3
When the dough has risen, knock it back, then knead again 2 minute.
* Step 4
Spread out on a large pizza pan. Top as desired.
