These homemade brownies are every chocoholics dream come true.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
1/4 cup Plain yoghurt (mix well with 1/4 tsp leveled baking powder set aside 5 to 6 minute)
* Step 2
Preheat oven to 400 F 200 C Gas Mark 6 and place the oven rack in the center of the oven. Line the bottom and sides of an 8 inch square cake pan with aluminum foil and lightly greased with butter.
* Step 3
In a small bowl melt the butter in a microwave 20 to 25 seconds.
pour the melted butter into a large heatproof bowl. Stir in the sugar and cocoa powder. Whisk wire in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing until the batter is nice and glossy.
* Step 4
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold this flour mixture into the batter. Finally, fold in the yoghurt mixture and chocolate chips.
* Step 5
Pour into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center has moist crumbs clinging to it. Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool to room temperature. When ready to cut the brownies, lift the aluminum foil out of the pan and, with a sharp knife and cut the brownies sprinkle some icing sugar and serv.
