These light and soft brioche buns are delicious you can use in your breakfast or in a burger.
Ingredient

8 or 12 serving

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add the sugar and yeast to the lukwarm milk stir well and leave for 10 minutes.
Plac the salt and flour in a electric mixing bowl or by hand. Mix well. Add the milk/yeast and the beaten eggs. Mix to a sticky dough.
* Step 2
Knead the dough for 5 minutes. It will be sticky but do not be tempted to add extra flour!
* Step 3
Turn the dough out and knock back to expel gas. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts for breakfast buns or 8 for burger buns.
* Step 4
Bake at 175°C/345°F fan oven, 195°C/380°F normal oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Leave on a wire rack to cool.
* Step 6
3- These rolls make great alternatives to burger buns. If you wish to add a sesame seed topping to the rolls simply brush them with beaten egg before baking and sprinkle on the sesame seeds.
