🥒🍞Jalapeno Cornmeal Bread 🍞🥒
Healthiest delicious and easy to make Serve with chilli con carne, stews, soups or split and spread with savoury butter or dips.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 200C /400 degrees F 10 to 15 min Gas Mark 4.
* Step 2
3. Combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt and mustard seed into a large mixing bowl.
* Step 3
5. Using a hand mixer, mix by hand just blended than add the cheese, jalapeno and coriander mix gently and pour into prepared pan. Do not over mix.
* Step 4
7. Brush with melted butter all over the hot corn bread, allow it to soak for about 15 minutes, cut and Serve with chilli con carne, stews, soups or split and spread with savoury butter or dips.
