High Protein Rohu Curry with Mustard Paste

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Arrange the required ingredients first. Heat 2 Tbsp mustard oil and fry six pcs of marinated rohu fish from both the sides. Set aside.
* Step 3
In the same fry pan heat 2 Tbsp mustard oil, add ponch phutan and allow it to crackle. Add chopped onion, green chilli chopped garlic and green chilli. Saute till aromatic and onion are translucent.
* Step 4
Then add chopped tomato salt, a pinch of turmeric powder and boiled stems of saag. Cook on low flame till tomatoes are mushy.
* Step 5
Add the mustard masala paste and half a cup of water for gravy. Allow to boil. Add already fried fish to the mustard paste gravy and cook for a minute.
* Step 6
The rohu fish curry is ready to be served with steamed rice and salad. Thanks.
