Green Lentils Drumstick Curry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First arrange and assemble the ingredients.
* Step 2
Pressure cook the veggies and boiled dal to get the lentils boil a bit more.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a kadhai. Add asafoetida and ponch phutan add allow to crackle. Add shallots and a pinch of salt to cook in less time.
* Step 4
Now add the boiled tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are mushy.
* Step 5
Then add kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well and saute on low flame.
* Step 6
Add chopped green chillies and grated ginger. Mix well and then add the boiled mung and drumstick. Allow to boil for 2 minutes. Add the ghee.Serve hot with roti and rice. Njoy. Thanks.
