Carrot tomato Black Chana Kasundi

Kasundi is the Asian variety of mustard sauce. It is a pungent paste of fermented mustard seeds, and spices, popular as a dipping sauce in cuisine. It is commonly served with snacks like cutlets and chops, and deep-fried spicy treats, as it brings tartness and pungency to the flavours. The kasundi paste is used to prepare vegetable dishes as well as in preparation of Fish dishes also.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Arrange and assemble the required ingredients.
* Step 2
Heat oil till fumigation. Allow to cool. Add seasonings and allow to crackle. Mix hing, grated ginger and garlic and cook till oil separates and aromatic.
* Step 3
Mix the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder red chilli powder, salt and cumin powder. Cook till tomatoes are mushy.
* Step 4
Next, add the veggies and boiled chana and kasundi sauce/mustard paste. Cook till veggies are well cooked and aromatic. Serve with steamed rice. Njoy. Thanks.
