Green Chutney With Amla (Gooseberry) Powder

#WS#Week4 Although a side dish, Chutney , many times plays a major role, supplementing many dishes. Amla coriander leaves and mint leaves have great health benefits as we all know.

Ingredient

1 and 1/2 cup

coriander leaves

1/2 cup

mint leaves

1 inch piece of

ginger chopped

1 Tbsp

peanuts

1 Tsp

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Arrange and assemble all the ingredients.

Take all ingredients in a chutney making jar except salt and lemon juice.

* Step 3

Grind to a smooth paste. Adjust salt and lemon juice. Lemon juice maintains the colour of chutney. Njoy with sandwiches, Poori, Parathas and Steamed rice. Thanks 😊
