We are all chefs well known about the super food millets. I prepared this Halwa sweet dish with Foxtail Millet. It's too delicious and healthy too.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First arrange and assemble the ingredients for your convenience.
* Step 2
Roast cashews and raisins in ghee and set aside.
* Step 3
To the rest of ghee, add 1 cup of foxtail millet and dry roast on low flame till change in colour with aroma. Add 2 cups of water, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
* Step 4
Add the jaggery powder and mix well with cooked millet. Add 1 Tbsp ghee and water melon seeds. Mix well. The delicious Foxtail Millet Halwa is ready. Garnish with roasted cashews, raisins and serve.
