Bamboo shoots Tomatoes Potato Chokha

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
I made sure to take boiled bamboo shoots. Arrange the rest of the other ingredients as mentioned above. With cooking oil fry chopped potatoes and the bamboo. Set aside shoots
* Step 2
Add and heat the rest of the cooking oil and allow to crackle mustard seeds after adding. Further mix curry leaves, shallots, garlic cloves, chopped chillies and saute till shallots are golden brown.
* Step 3
Now add chopped tomatoes, salt and turmeric powder. Mix and cook on medium flame till tomatoes are mushy
* Step 4
Finally, mix chopped and fried potato chunks and bamboo shoots. Mix well and cook on low flame till aromatic and done.
* Step 5
Serve the delicious bamboo shoots, Tomatoes and Potatoes Chokha with steamed rice and salad
