Kohlrabi green or knol Khol is a winter vegetable and very popular in Kashmir and Europe.
Ingredient
Food ration :
4 to 6 servings

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Assemble the ingredients, clean, wash and chop them
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add and allow to crackle ponch phutan, add bay leaf also.
* Step 3
Add chopped onion and saute till golden brown. Now add and mix salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, cooked onion masala paste and chopped tomatoes.
* Step 4
Cook on low flame till aromatic and oil separates from masala. Add chopped knol khol, radish and potatoes. Mix well with masala. Add green peas and warm water. Allow to boil for 5 minutes. When water is reduced, add chopped coriander leaves and serve the Knol khol radish and potatoes Subzi
