Ground Rice Vegetables Upma

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the ground rice to remove impurities. Arrange and assemble the ingredients.
* Step 2
Heat 2 Tbsp vegetable oil. Splutter mustard seeds. Add chopped onions, green chilli, hing and saute on low flame. Add both urad daal and chana daal as well.
* Step 3
Then mix green peas and corn and continue saute. Add the steamed vegetables and continue cooking
* Step 4
Now add the 1.5 cup water to the veggie and bring to boil. Mix the soaked group rice and cook on medium heat till rice and veggies come together.
* Step 5
Add a teaspoon of ghee for an inviting aroma and serve hot with safo papad and mango pickle and khoya peda sweets.
