Papaya Halwa

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash papaya, peel off the skin.
* Step 3
To the same ghee add grated papaya and salt. Start cooking and juice is released from the great papaya. Add desiccated coconut. Mix well to prevent lumps.
* Step 4
Add sugar, salt, cardamom essence. Cook stirring occasionally till sugar is well blended with papaya.
* Step 5
Turn off the flame and garnish the papaya Halwa with dry fruits and raisins before serving.
