Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak wheat germ and black rice in lukewarm water for 15 minutes. Then discard the water.
* Step 2
To the boiled milk, mix soaked ingredients. Allow to boil the milk and cook on medium to low flame. Mix in regular intervals to avoid sticking and burning of rice and dalia. Cook till it cooks well and thickens.
* Step 3
Heat ghee in a pan. Roast makhana on low flame till crispy. Crush some roasted Foxnut and mix well with the kheer.
