Fried Black Rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the black rice. Soak in water for 4 hours to reduce the cooking time. Cook the black rice and set aside.
* Step 2
Arrange and assemble rest other ingredients.
* Step 3
Heat in a pan, splutter cumin seeds. Fry chopped onion. Add ginger garlic paste and and saute till aromatic add golden brown.
* Step 5
Add the veggie, soya chunks, paneer cubes and green leaves. Further add the dry masala powder and salt. Mix well and cook on medium heat.
* Step 6
Add the cooked black rice and mix properly with veggies. Cook for a minute on low flame. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, pomegranate arila and serve with mango chunks and sprouts salad.
* Step 7
Wash and soak for 4-5 hours before cooking. This reduces the cooking time period.
