Mixed Mushroom Masala

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Arrange and assemble the ingredients. Heat oil and splutter the ponch phutan after adding to the hot oil.
* Step 3
Add chopped onion, bay leaves and hing. Fry till onion is translucent. Then mix ginger and garlic.
* Step 4
Add chopped tomatoes, coriander powder and cumin powder, rea chilli powder salt, and turmeric powder. Mix well and cook till tomatoes get softened and masala leaves oil.
* Step 5
Now add potatoes, seeds and chopped capsicum and mushrooms. Mix well with masala.
* Step 6
Further, add garam masala powder, mix well and cook for two minutes with 1/4 cup of water. Garnish the mixed mushroom dry curry with chopped coriander leaves.
