Okra, Soya, Potato Subzi

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Arrange and assemble the ingredients
* Step 2
Heat 1 Tbsp oil and fry chopped Okra and boiled potato. Set aside.
* Step 3
Mix masala powder and cornflour with soaked soya and fry with remaining oil.
* Step 4
Mix all fried Okra, Soya and potato chucks together. Heat rest remaining oil and splutter cumin, black cumin and ajwain seeds. Add chopped onion, garlic granules, turmeric powder, salt and kashmiri red chilli powder.
* Step 5
Add chopped tomatoes and 1 Tsp water. Fry till tomatoes are softer
* Step 6
Add roasted veggies and soya chunks with tomato and onion masala. Fry and mix well for a minute and the dry subzi is ready to serve.
