Mahura(mixed vegetable curry)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Arrange and assemble the ingredients. Make the masala paste with 1 Tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 Tsp cumin seeds, 1 Tsp fenne seeds and 1/2 Tsp chilli powder. Set aside. Chop the veggie mentioned above. Roast bodi.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a kadhai, splutter ponch phutan, add bay leaf, chopped garlic, onion and green chilli. Fry till onions are translucent.
* Step 3
Add chopped veggies, salt and turmeric powder. Mix well and cook for a minute. Then add chopped tomatoes and mahur masala paste.
* Step 4
Mix well and cook covered till done. Mix ghee and roasted urad daal bodi with cooked veggies and the delicious Mahura is ready to serve.
