Oats Beetroot Cookies

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast oats in a a pan. Set aside.
* Step 2
When cool down mix oatmeal, sugar and cardamom in a grinding jar and make the powder.
* Step 3
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
* Step 4
Grind chopped and roasted beetroot pieces on the grinders jar. Mix oil and vanilla essence.
* Step 5
Mix dry and wet ingredients in a bowl. Keep the bowl with beetroot and Oatmeal covered, in the fridge for 30 minutes.
* Step 6
Prepare the cookies. Set chopped dry fruits and nuts, choco chips on the cookies.
* Step 7
Meanwhile, set the oven or a pan to bake the cookies. I baked in a pan on low flame, for 25 minutes. The cookies are ready to be served.
