* Step 2
Heat butter and extra virgin olive oil. Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic and green onions. Fry on low heat till atomic.
* Step 3
Add the vegetables, mentioned and saute on low flame for 2-3 minutes to make sure that they are softer.
* Step 4
Add 3 cups of water and bring to boil. Then mix the sweet corn paste to thicken the soup.
* Step 5
It takes 3-4 minutes for the soup to thicken.
