Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, chop green onion leaves, pumpkin, tomato and fry the bodi.
* Step 2
Boil soaked moong dal in a kadhai and when about to be done add chopped pumpkin and onion saag. Cook till soft enough.
* Step 3
Heat mustard oil, add mustard seeds and allow to splutter, add chopped green chilli and crushed garlic. Saute till garlic is aromatic. Add chopped tomatoes, salt and then boiled onion saag and moong dal. Cook till water evaporates.
* Step 4
Garnish with crushed dal bodi and serve with rice/roti.
